As we tried to decide what we were looking for in our first red herd sire, we determined we needed a proven Boer buck, with solid genetics, outstanding conformation, and massive size.  At our farm, we pride ourselves on raising top quality Boer Goats for sale, and we could expect no less in our new herd sire.

After much searching and deliberation, we decided to purchase Kabu and bring him back to Virginia.  With Kabu, we found a proven herd sire that was not only a winner in the show ring, but had progeny on the ground that were competing well.  Above all, his progeny told his genetic story.  All of them were solid kids, and the older ones had matured into outstanding Boer Goats.  After seeing this, there is no question about his genetics.  He is a first rate buck, that has proven himself in many ways.
